How to measure your Dog for good fit Collar:
Please be advised that:
- Always measure your dog neck circumference with the flexible measuring tape.
- Specify neck size of your dog and we will make this size fit on central hole.
- There will be total of 5 holes and distance between each 2 holes is 1 inch (25 mm).
- For example: your dogs neck size is 20 inches (50 cm). Collar will fit on central hole at 20 inches (50 cm).
- There will be 2 smaller size holes - 18 inch (45 cm) and 19 inch (47.5 cm).
- There will be 2 bigger size holes - 21 inch (52.5 cm) and 22 inch (55 cm).
- There will also be tip of the collar after last hole about 4 inch long (10 cm).
- Those are handcrafted collars and some sizes will differ a little (not in significant way).
- When you measure already received collar on the dog you have to measure the inner part of the collar with the flexible measuring tape.
- 2 ply leather collars if measured laying flat on the table are 2 inch bigger than if measured on the dog.
This collar is designed so that it will be perfect for any kind of training, like attack, agitation, protection, obedience training or just for safe walking with your Husky.
The Collar is made of 100 % full grain genuine leather. Carefully stitched, it will serve your Husky for a long time.
Two ply leather makes this collar even stronger and more durable than 1 ply leather collars. Due to the second leather layer it will better keep it's shape and view.
Brass plated buckle and a D-ring are not only very strong and secure, but they also perfectly match this collar. The buckle is very easy and quick in use, as well as the D-ring is handy enough to attach the leash quiсkly.
Another advantage you will definitely appreciate is fur protection plate. Now your dog's hair won't be subjected to damages caused with the buckle. As the fur will not sticks and knot in it.
This collar is 1 3/4 inch (45 mm) wide, so it is perfect tool for training as it distributes equally the pressure on the dog's throat, that is very important while training.
The other point you will be greatly amazed with, is soft leather handle, that provides you with better control over your dog. The handle is stitched to the collar and fixed securely with two brass plated rivets on both sides. The handle is very useful in training as well as while walking in the park, in situations when it is better to control your dog with the collar.
